Who Are We?

Karine Morin

Founder

Karine Morin has devoted over 30 years to the salon industry. While she hasn’t worked as a hairstylist herself, her passion has always centered on delivering high-level customer service and ensuring that clients have a memorable experience in her salons. Recognizing early on that clients deserved a special space to fully enjoy their shampoo treatments, Karine was instrumental 20 years ago in introducing dedicated enclosed areas in her salons where clients could relax during their shampoo services with the highest quality products. It was inevitable that she would elevate this head spa concept to the next level with premium services and luxurious settings. Since opening her first salon in Montreal’s North Shore market in 2005, Karine has been dedicated to creating environments where clients feel valued and pampered. Now, she has found the perfect place to offer that special, high-end service where guests can feel fully immersed in tranquil relaxation and receive the best treatments.

Sabrina Filice

Co-owner

Sabrina Filice began her journey in the hair industry in 2008, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of the business. While she plays a key role in educating and mentoring their teams, Sabrina continues to work closely with her loyal clients on the salon floor. Through years of collaboration with Karine Morin, Sabrina refined her skills and cultivated a strong partnership that has led to the co-ownership of their luxurious salon and spa brand.
Together, Karine and Sabrina stay ahead of the curve, continuously envisioning and developing innovative concepts that elevate the standards of luxury and self-care. Their shared vision brought to life Le Sanctuary of the Head Spa, a unique space offering high-end services focused on relaxation and rejuvenation. This exceptional environment gives guests the ultimate opportunity to recharge, restore, and experience unparalleled well-being.
